The Bible tells us that David wins many victories.

He defeats the Philistines.
He defeats other nations that fight against him.

Again and again it says that God helps him.

His own strength is not the most important reason.

It is God.

👑 A Growing Kingdom

With every victory, David’s kingdom becomes greater.

New territories are added.
His name becomes more widely known.
Other nations hear about him.

Some even bring gifts and show respect.

It becomes clear: David is becoming a strong and respected king.

🏆 What David Does With Success

What does David do with everything he wins?

He does not simply keep it all for himself.

Many of the valuable things he receives, he dedicates to God.

In doing so, he shows: “This does not belong only to me. God has given me the victory.”

That is an attitude that should not be taken for granted.

⚖️ A Just King

The Bible also describes David as a just king.

He makes sure that justice and order prevail in the land.

He cares for his people.
He tries to act fairly.
He takes responsibility.

This is just as important as victories in battle.

🤝 People by His Side

David does not stand alone.

He has people who help him. Men with different tasks: some lead the army, others take care of important decisions, and still others serve in the temple.

Together they make sure that the kingdom functions well.

This chapter is full of movement, victories, and growth.

Success does not come only through strength.

It comes when God is with you.
