✨ Looking Back: Daniel’s Path – Faithfulness Over Decades
Daniel was not someone who rose quickly and then disappeared.
He was a man who remained faithful to God over decades—through different kings, cultures, threats, and trials.
His life was not shaped by outward success, but by inner conviction and spiritual consistency.
🟨 1. His calling began in exile
Daniel came to Babylon as a young man—deported, uprooted, confronted with a completely foreign world.
There he was pressured to leave everything behind: his culture, his language, his identity, his faith.

God showed him things that only became clear many centuries later—and some are still not fully fulfilled even today.

He was not impressed by the depth of the revelation—but overwhelmed by the holiness of God.

Daniel did not receive a return to Jerusalem.

God’s word to him: “You will rest—and you will rise.”
