🤝 Trusting God Together
📖 Matthew 1:18–25
“Joseph … took Mary home as his wife.”
Matthew 1:24
Sometimes we think that faith is something between God and ourselves.
But God repeatedly places people by our side.
Mary and Joseph faced a task that was greater than they were.
They could not handle it alone.
They had to learn to trust God together.
Joseph had to trust Mary.
Mary had to trust Joseph.
And both of them had to trust God.
This is how true community grows.
Not because everything is perfect.
But because we look to God together.
Perhaps you also have people whom God has placed by your side.
Your parents.
A friend.
A teacher.
A youth leader.
Or someone from your church.
They are not perfect.
But perhaps God wants to use them to walk alongside you.
No one has to walk the path of faith alone.
And no one should walk it alone.
God gives us one another.
Not as a burden.
But as a gift.
💭 Think About It
Who is someone God has placed by your side?
Have you ever thanked them for it?
🙏 Prayer
Dear Father,
thank You that I do not have to live out my faith alone.
Thank You for the people You have placed in my life.
Help me to treat them with love and trust.
And make me someone who encourages others to follow You.
Amen.
