πŸŒ™ Still awake?

Every evening, a little closer to Jesus.

πŸ‘©β€πŸΌ Mary Says Yes

πŸ“– Matthew 1:18–25

β€œMary … was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.”
Matthew 1:18

Have you ever been afraid of what other people might think about you?

Mary certainly was.

She was young.

She was engaged to Joseph.

And suddenly, nothing was the way she had imagined it would be.

Many people would not understand her.

Some would talk about her.

Others would judge her.

And yet Mary said yes to God’s plan.

Not because it was easy.

But because she trusted God.

Sometimes God leads us along paths we would never have chosen for ourselves.

Paths where we do not understand everything.

Paths where others may not understand us either.

But God’s plan is often greater than our own ideas.

Mary did not need to know everything.

She only needed to trust God.

Perhaps you are facing a decision right now.

Perhaps you do not know how everything will turn out.

Then remember Mary.

Courage does not mean having no fear.

Courage means trusting God even when you cannot see everything.

And that is exactly where faith begins.

πŸ’ Think About It

Is there an area of your life where God is inviting you to trust Him more?

πŸ™ Prayer

Dear Father,

thank You for Mary’s example.

Give me a heart that trusts Youβ€”even when I do not understand everything.

Help me courageously say yes to Your way and trust that Your plans are good.

Lead me step by step.

Amen.

πŸŒ™ Sleep well.

Your loving Father knows your path.

See you tomorrow.
